For Celtic Speed the forthcoming Silvertsone Classic event will be their biggest meeting to date. They will be running 4 cars for Tommy Dreelan and Aaron Scott.
For Celtic Speed the forthcoming Silvertsone Classic event will be their biggest meeting to date. They will be running 4 cars for Tommy Dreelan and Aaron Scott.
Tommy will be at the wheel of his Porsche 962 in the Group C race and he will also campaign a recently delivered Williams FW08, this car, chassis 1, was used by Keke Rosberg on his way to the 1982 Formula 1 World Drivers Championship.
Aaron Scott will race the Spice in the C2 category of the Group C races and also take the wheel of the ex Arturio Merzario March 761, this car was raced in the ’76 season and Merzario was one of the drivers to help save Niki Lauda’s during the ’76 season when he stopped the March to help get him out of the fire.
Celtic Speed will be joined at this event by special guest, Gordon Spice.
The Silverstone Classic takes place on July 26/27.
